Our office is located in Uptown Charlotte's NoDa neighborhood - we cover the entire Charlotte real estate market, but this is our home. This is also the area that our broker-in-charge grew up in.
Scott Lindsley is a native Charlottean and spent the first 15 years of his life living in Plaza-Midwood and Merry Oaks. Scott attended Villa Heights Elementary School & Piedmont Middle School.
While we do cover the entire Charlotte market, much of our work is, and has been in the center city neighborhoods. Below are photos and information on our sales over the past couple years in NoDa, Plaza-Midwood and the growing and booming neighborhoods of Belmont and Villa Heights. All of these neighborhoods are adjacent to each other and have deep history, great architecture, original bungalow homes plus new condo projects througout. They also have access to shopping, dining, nightlife and the coming light-rail line.
